Information We Collect

When you subscribe to our newsletter, we collect your email address. We use Google Analytics and Vercel Analytics to understand how visitors use our site.

How We Use Your Information

Email addresses are used to send resource updates and our free printable pack. You can unsubscribe at any time. Analytics data helps us improve our website.

Cookies

We use cookies for analytics and advertising (Google AdSense). You can manage cookie preferences in your browser settings.

Data Storage

Newsletter subscribers are stored securely. We do not sell your personal data to third parties.

Download statistics

We store daily totals of successfully prepared PDFs by resource or worksheet type. These totals contain no IP address, browser identifier or custom worksheet content.

Content insights and bookmark buttons

We automatically record visits to public site pages, predefined search topics and filters, download activity, and clicks on our bookmark buttons to improve our content. A first-party cookie contains a random browser identifier for up to 90 days. Our content-insights database stores a hash of this identifier, rather than your name, email address or IP address. It does not store raw search text, complete referral URLs, or custom worksheet contents.

We use these browser identifiers to estimate repeat visits and the proportion of resource viewers who later download or click a bookmark button. Clearing or blocking cookies and using another browser affect these estimates. Browser bookmarks themselves are private: our buttons display instructions, and a click does not confirm that a bookmark was saved.

Content-insights reports cover up to 90 days. Records older than 90 days are removed when new activity is recorded. Administrator pages are excluded.

Retired resource-saving feature

The former Save resource feature is no longer available. Previously saved resource records may remain in storage but are not used as browser bookmark statistics. Contact us about removal of historical records.
